Shipping & Delivery

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS,DHL with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS,DHL Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns & Replacements

Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Shopmovies within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise

Refunds & Credits

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. If payment was made by check, the refund check will not be issued before 10 business days after the date of purchase


If the item was sent back for an exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed


Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Shopmovies reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Shopmovies is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Shopmovies is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.


No Return/Exchange on the following:

  • Computers and Computer Software, once any of the manufacturer's packaging has been opened.
  • Electronic Software Downloads are not returnable or refundable.
  • All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped.
  • Any computers built or modified by Shopmovies to customer's specifications.
  • Special Order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
  • Shopmovies Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.


Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

REQUEST AN RMA NUMBER (Return Merchandise Authorization)

There are 3 ways to request an RMA:

You will receive your return instructions and return label by email.

When you receive your RMA, you will have options
as to how to receive your refund:

  1. Credit back to your Original Payment Method
  2. Store Credit / Electronic Gift Card (EGC)



  • Place your item in the original manufacturer's packaging
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.



  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
  • Print the label you received in the email and tape it to the carton.
  • We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking
    number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
    We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We will take care of the rest for you!

Once our Returns Department has received and inspected your return, your
refund or exchange will be issued.


ShopMovies offers a 2 years warranty on all models. The warranty covers issues which include the motherboard, touch screen, and malfunctioning buttons.

Note: There will be 20 Euro service fee for all repairs after 45 days of purchase. 

The warranty DOES NOT cover:

Firmware and software- If you flash the device with a firmware not recommended by us or the manufacturer the warranty will be completely voided. A repair fee will applly if the device has been flashed.

Physical Damage- If the unit is dropped, scratched, modified, or has liquid damage the warranty will be voided.

Damage due to thir party accessories-  accessories such as charges, hdmi cables, etc. will void warranty. Please contact us for replacement charger in the event your charger fails. 

Removal of identification stickers, QC stickers will void the Warranty


Batteries, cases, and headsets are covered by a 60 day warranty from date of receipt.


In some cases some units do arrive with issues and we may provide troubleshooting instructions. If it does not solve the issue then we will offer to repair it. .



Units that are DOA will be replaced if notified within 5 days of receipt date.

After all troubleshooting steps have been taken then we may offer to replace the defective unit. This will have through go through customer service and be approved by a supervisor.

Customer will be responsible for a 20 Pounds fee for replacements.

*Shipping cost for all repairs, replacements, or wrong items must be paid by the customer.



We do not offer any refunds at anytime. If the unit is defective then we may offer to repair it or refund (Optional). 

If a unit is sent back without approval, then it will be returned to the customer.

Updating Account Information

How do I update my account profile information?


You can update your online account profile information anytime, just log into the Shopmovies Login Area .

Once you have logged in, click on "My Account" located at the top left portion of the page.   Select "Account information".

You can update the following information once you've reached the profile page:

  • Email Address
  •  Name
  • Password
  • Edit Shipping Address (Address Book)

Updates to your online account profile are effective immediately.

Note:  These changes to your Shopmovies online account profile will not be reflected on your credit file.
